These terms govern access to VYB. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, account security, and activity performed through your account. You may not impersonate others, evade enforcement, or misuse another person's account.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant VYB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, adapt, and display that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it.
Acceptable use
You may not use VYB for unlawful conduct, exploitation, credible threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, non-consensual intimate content, spam, malware, fraud, or infringement. VYB may remove content, restrict reach, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary.
Service availability
The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. VYB is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using VYB or delete your account at any time. VYB may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, legal requirements, or harm to the service or its users.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VYB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
