Account Deletion

Permanent deletion is available from Account settings.

Signed-in users can permanently delete their VYB account from Account settings. Deletion removes the authentication record, profile, posts, comments, messages, follows, saves, notifications, reports, and related VYB data that can be associated with the account.

Before deleting

Account deletion cannot be undone. Content, profile details, relationships, messages, and personalization data are removed from active service systems after confirmation.

Limited retention

VYB may retain minimal records when required for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, legal compliance, backups, or dispute resolution. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires them.

Need help

If you cannot access your account, submit a support request using the email associated with the account. Never include a password or authentication code in a support request.
